At 31 december 2011, the health care assets of Foncière des Murs included 54 retirement villages and clinics, valued by independent experts at €423 million.

The Korian Group or its subsidiaries rent and operate 47 of these properties on the basis of a fixed indexed rent, net of charges, except for façade work. 3 properties, initially rented by Korian, are now leased to two other operators after the sale of the corresponding goodwill during the year 2009. The four remaining properties, clinics, are leased and operated by the Générale de Santé group.
