At 31 december 2011, the portfolio of hotels owned by Foncière des Murs included 178 properties (157 hotels Accor, 18 hotels B&B and 3 thalassotherapy institutes), which represent a total value €1,581 million excluding transfer duty and an annual rental income of €97 million.
