At 31 december 2011, the retail premises portfolio held by Foncière des Murs comprised 235 properties.

The assets are split between 106 properties of the Restaurant chain Quick, 71 restaurant properties operated by the Courtepaille group and the 58 garden centres operated by Jardiland group. This portfolio is valued at €692 m excluding transfer rights.
