Supervisory Board

Foncière des Murs has established three specialist committees, stipulating their composition and their tasks, and which operate under its responsibility.

The Supervisory Board

Has permanent control over the company’s management.

The Supervisory Board has established two specialist committees: the Audit Committee and the Investment Committee to assist it in its decision-making and to carry out prior in-depth analyses of the proposals put to it.
